NSR Recieves the Nod As "Steamer" (as in shit) of the Year From BHmotorports.com...nobody is suprised. Meanwhile EA Still Doesn't Give A Shit!

"The Blackhole Motorsports Flat-Tire Award for 2005 goes to Nascar SimRacing by EA Sports. The Flat Tire Award was an idea that our team tossed around at the end of last year. We thought a change and a little levity would spice up our Awards Section and entice more of our readers to vote. Little did we know that EA Sports was already hard at work trying to win our newest prize. In addition, no, the award is NOT given to the title that best simulates a flat tire as some may have thought. Nascar SimRacing exposed some ugly parts of our industry and our community that will not be soon forgotten. The media campaign that promised to create the best Nascar simulation possible and continue forward with the platform in order to make it better, fell way short of the hype. The community bought into the propaganda and that is when things got ugly. The producers of NSR failed miserably in their attempt to simulate Nascar Racing and they certainly made things much worse by promising to fix NSR and then not doing so. Not to worry though because the staff at BHMS is hard at work on a patch for their Flat-Tire."

Happy anniversary EA Sports it has been one year since Electronic Arts out right lied and scammed the sim racing public. James "Fucking" Hawkins promised to save the racing world with his re-hashed NASCAR Thunder Piece of shit...instead he sold 47,000 whopping copies and hauled ass with our money. Ah yes...what will 2006 bring for NASCAR sim racing fans. In the world of exclusives and marketing driven shadow "ware". EA is the worst thing that has ever happened to online gaming. They are no longer product driven and have lost their edge. Its all about the bottomline an corperate bullshit now...nevermind actually creating good product..those days are over...rehash respin remarket rinse repreat....mother fuckers.
