Welcome to NSR Watch

Finally a home for me and others to rant and rave about the two biggest pieces of shit in video game history none other then: ea sports ceo (Larry Probt), and ea game producer (James 'KY' Hawkins).
Look forward to many interesting articles as we document the past and future of these dickheads as they screw over the public with there so called "flawless sim to date"
Welcome and enjoy the ride (or roast).

James Hawkins Admits NSR Is A Piece of Shit And The Only Patch That Will Remedy The Situation Is A $49.99 NEW GAME!!

OMFG is this is gold...COWBOY WHO EVER YOU ARE THANK YOU!!....NSR WATCH HAS BEEN VINDICATED AND PROVEN RIGHT ALL ALONG

Blue = NSR Watch Red Italic = James "fucking" Hawkins

This was emailed to me from james on the 19th of January.

NSR Watch Comment: Thank You Cowboy...Your Honesty is needed and appreciated the community deserves to know the internal bullshit james has pulled.

The version that Stringer has tested still has problems which is why we decided not to release. As it stands it will only upset the community all over again.

NSR Watch Comment: ROFL so stringer the ass-kissing piece of shit who lied to the community and NSR Watch who was involved in guest column here at NSR Watch until we convicted and released his ass for treason was in cahoots with James "KY" Hawkins all along and used this website as an outlet to spew shit about a patch that was "vaporware" and never going to work in which they knew all along....hmmm who's suprised? I believe we called it all HORSESHIT at the time, yet got flamed for it...and again we were correct...NO WONDER STRINGER NO LONGER SHOWS HIS FACE ANYWHERE. Way to choose a role model there buddy. Your idol Hawkins has destroyed any credibility you ever had.

I don't think NSR is dead but I don't know when any future releases may be complete enough to release. The problems found in the extended beta tests were a lot more complex than we ever envisioned.

ROFL come the fuck on james....we as a community have been telling you all year that a rehashed NASCAR Thunder Engine was not capable of producing a quality racing sim. It has not worked for your fucking company the last 5 years. What would be different about 2006?...Why don't we just say what really happened ....in light of smelling blood left by the void of Papyrus the premiere racing sim manufacturer who had repeatedly been bitch-slapping EA for years...EA took advantage of a "exclusive" to eliminate their nemesis not by producing a quality replacement, but rather using marketing to kiss NASCAR's ass for two years (through sponsoring actual races ( EA 500) and other venues) to get mitts on exclusive (which in turn funny after they got what they wanted no more EA 500 at Talladega...wonder why). Some bright marketing excutive thought it would be a good idea to release a PC game to take advantage of the 2005 daytona 500 instead of actually creating the product the market demanded EA marketed the product the public demanded and then shoved the same old SHIT down their throats and then abandoned them at first chance to sit back and watch them tear each other up trying to work with the hunk of shit EA painted as the holy grail of racing (which was written on a 5 year old engine EA never wrote in the first place).

This was sent to me on January 30th 2005 We have decided against releasing the 1029 update that you tested for NSR as we believe it will not satisfy the demands of the community as a whole.

Gee James this game was released only almost a fucking year ago and it only took you 11 months to decide not to release the patch that would fix the game your company called "the most flawless to date"...you are a real master mind..YOU SHOULD RUN FOR CONGRESS!...you would fit right in with those procrastinating crooks!!

It's clear to us from reading a lot of the feedback posted online etc. in regards to NSR, that a large section of the community as a whole believes that we need a completely new game rather than patches for NSR in order to make the game that will truly supercede Papyrus NASCAR Racing 2003 which for many remains the benchmark NASCAR experience for the PC.

I sincerly hope that "feedback" war read HERE! and again it doesn't take a rocket scientist that a 5 year old engine isn't going to compete with "the benchmark NASCAR experience"....funny you say "truly supercede" so you really do admit NSR was all marketing and never had snowballs chance in hell in competing...yet you sleep at night?.....good stuff for when the guys in badges show up at your corporate HQ. Everything about Nascar Sim Racing reeks of criminal activity since day 1 fucker!

Ultimately, the relief that you and many others are begging for may well be impossible for us to achieve by way of patching NSR. To this end we are continuing to review future plans for NASCAR on all platforms so as to ensure we develop the game that the community is asking for in the future.

WE HAVE BEEN TELLING EA THIS FOR 8 FUCKING MONTHS!! How fucking convienent.... lets just brush off all the promises made...fuck em!!...we will just say "oops" and make a new game and shove our shit down the community's throat. How much you want to bet that this dipshit only says it is impossible because he doesn't have the resources to allocate (because its a dead horse EA doesn't give a shit) nor the skills himself to construct a new engine and when NSR2 comes out it will be the same fucking ISI 1.0 shit that has never worked....to late for apologies....I want a working game ...PERIOD...fuck your $49.00 patch. I like the statement "we are continuing to review future plans for NASCAR on all platforms so as to ensure we develop the game the community is asking for......(HMMM.....read between the lines....is this a hint that completely abandonding the PC platform is now on the radar now that you have proven you can't fuck over those who have become accustomed to QUALITY and demand it? Are you now ready to move on full-time to fucking up another platform like the consoles with the continued crap that has been introduced to that group thus far as well? Let's find the next consumer group who has yet to catch on to us in the hopes of moving another 500,000 units before the "jig is up." You make us want to puke.

Thanks

James

NO JAMES THANK YOU..THANKS FOR FINALLY COMING OUT AND VALIDATING WHAT WE KNEW ALL ALONG. YOU ARE AN INCOMPETENT LIAR!!!

IN CLOSING

EA PLEASE...FIRE JAMES HAWKINS, FIRE ALL THE NSR STAFF AND HIRE A CREATIVE TEAM THAT IS ACTUALLY CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A SIM WE CAN USE. NASCAR THUNDER...NEVER HAS AND NEVER WILL CUT IT!!!

NSR Recieves the Nod As "Steamer" (as in shit) of the Year From BHmotorports.com...nobody is suprised. Meanwhile EA Still Doesn't Give A Shit!

http://www.bhmotorsports.com/awards/4/winners/388

"The Blackhole Motorsports Flat-Tire Award for 2005 goes to Nascar SimRacing by EA Sports. The Flat Tire Award was an idea that our team tossed around at the end of last year. We thought a change and a little levity would spice up our Awards Section and entice more of our readers to vote. Little did we know that EA Sports was already hard at work trying to win our newest prize. In addition, no, the award is NOT given to the title that best simulates a flat tire as some may have thought. Nascar SimRacing exposed some ugly parts of our industry and our community that will not be soon forgotten. The media campaign that promised to create the best Nascar simulation possible and continue forward with the platform in order to make it better, fell way short of the hype. The community bought into the propaganda and that is when things got ugly. The producers of NSR failed miserably in their attempt to simulate Nascar Racing and they certainly made things much worse by promising to fix NSR and then not doing so. Not to worry though because the staff at BHMS is hard at work on a patch for their Flat-Tire."

Happy anniversary EA Sports it has been one year since Electronic Arts out right lied and scammed the sim racing public. James "Fucking" Hawkins promised to save the racing world with his re-hashed NASCAR Thunder Piece of shit...instead he sold 47,000 whopping copies and hauled ass with our money. Ah yes...what will 2006 bring for NASCAR sim racing fans. In the world of exclusives and marketing driven shadow "ware". EA is the worst thing that has ever happened to online gaming. They are no longer product driven and have lost their edge. Its all about the bottomline an corperate bullshit now...nevermind actually creating good product..those days are over...rehash respin remarket rinse repreat....mother fuckers.
