Well sim racers, 2006 is rapidly coming to a close and once again, another whole year of EA Sports saying fuck the sim racing community. Now that it's December, it means we are dreadfully close to February 2007 rapidly approaching. This is the monumental second birthday of that sizzling, steaming hunk of shit that EA Sports, Jim Hawkins, and Tiburon studios all unleashed upon us hardcore sim racers known as Nascar Sim Racing. You remember don't you? The "Mother of All Sims", the one that was going to take us places we had never seen before.

It was just about this time 2 full years ago that the propoganda spin machine dream team at EA was greasing the game review sites, hosting media day at EA's facilities (with non-working LAN play for community day.......hah, should have told ya something right then and there about undelivered claims), and a whole host of other marketing hype all designed to shove their Beta product out the door in an unfinished state.

So if you'd like to check in with EA support, check the NSR site for the latest game updates, and grab new game play tweaks from the EA hosted NSR game forums.......KEEP FUCKING DREAMING. So Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to the great sim racers out there. Some day soon, maybe we will get something that will truly get us excited again. Until then, since we got sold shit, got shit for answers, and got shit for support, we'd like to give Larry Probst, Jim Hawkins, Tiburon, and everyone associated with the worst software product of all time known as Nascar Sim racing, we'll give you all an early Christmas present.
